This is a 5-session package for those seeking ongoing support on their healing journey, or looking to heal and move some big energy! My sessions are a little different than traditional Reiki healing sessions. They’re like a healing, clearing, reading, and activation all in one. In this session, we’ll remove old, stagnant energy, beliefs, and patterns from your energy body and chakras that are ready to be released, re-establish your boundaries and personal authority, and invite and invoke the energy that is emerging from underneath those old patterns! I typically get “downloads” during the session, receiving images, words, colours, archetypes, or messages for you, and whether you’d like to hear those from me is entirely up to you! Your experience is the most important thing! The perks of Distance Energy Healing? It transcends time and space. Meaning, it’s convenient and effective support and healing from the comfort of your home. AKA: You can get cozy, heal and align with your highest good in your PJs! What does all of this look like? -Feeling clearer, and more like “you” in your space and energy. -Feeling more in flow with life, your intuition, and being able to make powerful decisions from a place of calm. It can also help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, ease physical or emotional discomfort, and encourage your body's natural healing abilities and alignment. All you gotta do is lie back and relax as I channel healing energy to support your highest good! What to expect: We'll start with a warm welcome and a chance for you to share your healing intentions. Then, lie back and relax as I guide the energy and Reiki healing for around 45 minutes. Afterwards, I'll gently bring you back and you can share any insights and your experience, and if you like, I can offer any intuitive messages I received for you. What you'll need: To fully receive, please find a quiet space to lie down and relax undisturbed. Feel free to add any touches that make it feel sacred to you: a candle, crystals, soft lighting, or cozy blankets!
