I wasn't expecting to be recording this session when I did, but the call was strong with this one!
For many of us, myself included, these sacred energies have often gotten warped, misinterpreted, or twisted - and our men and masculine now need a whole lotta love.
The session went deep and moved some big energy, so definitely take the time to rest and integrate after the session. 
 
To fully receive the session, I recommend a full 45 minutes - 35 minutes for the session, and 10-15 minutes for rest and integration! 
 
 
What you'll need:
Headphones - these sessions have no dialogue, but there is gentle music throughout
Blanket, or anything else that makes you feel comfy and relaxed
Somewhere to lie down where you won't be interrupted during the session!
Open to relax and receive!
Water - nourish yourself! Healing can be hard work.
