I wasn't expecting to be recording this session when I did, but the call was strong with this one!
 
For many of us, myself included, these sacred energies have often gotten warped, pressured, misinterpreted, or twisted - and our collective masculine now needs a whole lotta love.
 
So.
In this session:
There's nobody you need to be.
Nothing you need to perform.
Nothing that's expected of you.
Nothing you need to achieve.
 
This is for you to receive.
 
My highest intention is that you may let go of what you carry, even if it's just for a little while, and receive this session with love, acceptance, and peace.

To fully receive the session, I recommend a full 45 minutes - 35 minutes for the session, and 10-15 minutes for rest and integration! 
 
*As this session went deep and moved a lot of energy, I highly recommend taking the extra time for integration if you have it!*
 
 
What you'll need:
Headphones - these sessions have no dialogue, but there is gentle music throughout
Blanket, or anything else that makes you feel comfy and relaxed
Somewhere to lie down where you won't be interrupted during the session!
Open to relax and receive!
Water - nourish yourself! Healing can be hard work.
