With every Ending, there comes a Beginning, and with every Beginning, there comes an end.
 
Sometimes we choose to end something, and sometimes the ending chooses us. A multitude of deep emotions and feelings can arise during times of transition, such as grief, pain, loss, irritation, and uncertainty, even when the change or transition is moving in a positive direction! This is a time and dedicated healing space to honour whatever feelings and sensations are seeking to move through you at this time, and to honour what is leaving your life with love, while also making space for the new.

To fully receive the session, I recommend a full 60 minutes - 45 minutes for the session, and 10-15 minutes for rest and integration! 
 
What you'll need:
Headphones - the session doesn't have dialogue, but there is gentle music played throughout
Blanket, or anything else that makes you feel comfy and relaxed
Somewhere to lie down where you won't be interrupted during the session!
Open to relax and receive!
