This Reiki and energy healing session is for clarity and peace, and the energy of being the eye of the storm, no matter your current circumstance or situation.
 
The energy I was guided to work with was steady, strong, stable, and there was a strong feeling of releasing many old stuck energies, worries, concerns, and other emotional weight you may be carrying, during the session.
 
This is for you if you are seeking peace while facing a seemingly turbulent internal or external situation, or one that you do not prefer (to put it mildly!). Know that you are supported, and you can bring peace with you everywhere you go. :)
 
It's my highest intention that you receive much healing benefit from the session.
 
To fully receive the session, I recommend a full 60 minutes - 45 minutes for the session, and 10-15 minutes for rest and integration! 
 
What you'll need:
Headphones - the session doesn't have dialogue, but there is gentle music played throughout
Blanket, or anything else that makes you feel comfy and relaxed
Somewhere to lie down where you won't be interrupted during the session!
Open to relax and receive!
