This session is for those looking to open to receiving more love in their lives! Remove blockages, pain, or old stories around love and get ready to receive more love into every part of your being!
 
This can be connecting to Divine love, romantic love, platonic love, familial love, pet love, nature love, self love - however you need it, the energy healing will meet you there!
 
This is a heart-opening practice and session, and while it was a deeply profound experience, it also had a fun, playful, and expansive energy. Towards the end of the session, I heard an upbeat version of "I Wanna Know What Love Is", so y'all definitely have a sense of humour to go along with your transformation!

To fully receive the session, I recommend a full 60 minutes - 50 minutes for the session, and 10-15 minutes for rest and integration! 
 
What you'll need:
Headphones - the session doesn't have dialogue, but there is gentle music played throughout
Blanket, or anything else that makes you feel comfy and relaxed
Somewhere to lie down where you won't be interrupted during the session!
Open to relax and receive!
